Pros
-Smart, passionate workforce that is largely bought in on the organizational mission -Dedication to making the company a learning company; the CEO has emphasized that he wants everyone to feel comfortable asking questions about the state of the company. The management team has displayed a commitment to transparency that I've not seen elsewhere. -Strong organizational mission that makes some of the less glamorous aspects of working there more palatable.
Cons
Collage has many of the issues that are typical of relatively small companies. You will likely not have all of the resources at your disposal like at a larger company. The company, despite its size, is siloed across functions.
